About Caroline and Her Son

I met Caroline Huntington during a business transaction. After a few visits during more business transactions later, she began to share some family stories with me. Caroline does not have a computer and is not tech savvy. Her desire to embrace that part of life's developments carries a very low priority. Caroline does not desire to own a computer.

However, Caroline shared some poems her late son wrote during his last six months while he was dealing with his terminal illness. She gave them to me to read. I read them. They are very nice. He wrote beautifully. His words are part of a life that was sharing all of the goodness we so much want to have happen in our own lives. Very poignant. One cannot read his words and not feel touched by the hand of God. Try it. Just become fully prepared to feel that gentle touch from the hand of the Sovereign one.

Caroline shared with me that she has always wanted to publish his words and thoughts, but could not afford it. I told her she could easily accomplish that task by writing a blog about his poems. That is when she brought me up to speed on her lack of desire for learning some tech skills. As a result, I promised her I would produce the blog, print it exactly the way he authored the pieces, edited where necessary and post them for others to read. She was very pleased with that offer.

This blog is the result of that experience and promise. I will take Caroline a lap top to review the work her son did, online, once it is all finished. We hope you find a word of encouragement somewhere delivered from her son's final thoughts about life. Read and enjoy. Some edits were placed with great respect.
